2. Order through your distributor
Your local ScoutDI distributor holds regional stock and clears customs locally, for the fastest turnaround. Quote your serial number so they ship the correct revision.
3. No distributor in your region?
Order direct from ScoutDI. Email support@scoutdi.com with your serial number, the part you need and the delivery address, and we’ll arrange it.
What we keep on the shelf.
High-wear items are kept in regional stock for fast turnaround; less common assemblies ship from ScoutDI.
- Frame components. Carbon-fibre sections, guard rails, hub connectors and fasteners, sized for both Gen 2 and Gen 3.
- Propellers. Matched sets for the current motor configuration. Gen 2 and Gen 3 propellers are not interchangeable.
- Tether cables. Complete tether assemblies with strain-relief kits.
- LED modules. Front and side illumination units, drop-in replacements.
- Payload mount hardware. Quick-release brackets, locating pins and cabling looms for the 4K Zoom Camera, UTM Payload, 3D LiDAR and Gas Sensor.
- Cables & connectors. Payload data cables, power and Ethernet cables, tablet chargers.
Stocked regionally.
Stock is positioned close to active fleets so the most common parts ship quickly. Your distributor holds local stock against their installed base and clears customs in your region; anything they don’t hold ships from ScoutDI.
Gen 2 and Gen 3 parts aren’t interchangeable.
The two platforms share design DNA, but frame geometry, motor mounts and payload connectors are platform-specific. Always quote your serial number when ordering so we ship the correct revision. Scout 137 Gen 2 remains fully supported — ScoutDI commits to spare parts, calibration and software updates for active fleets, Gen 3 likewise from delivery.
