Partner Network Warranty & service returns
One process for repairs and warranty.
You are the first line for your own channel, customers who bought through you come to you first. Every case, yours or routed to us, goes through the one RMA intake below.
How it works
Your role in the RMA process.
- You are the first line for your own channel. You know the installation and handle the case locally, on the same process ScoutDI uses.
- One intake. Every case, yours or routed to us, goes through the RMA form below. It feeds straight into the ScoutDI service pipeline.
- A case number right away. The submitter receives a confirmation with a case number to use in any follow-up.
- Never ship before you have an RMA number and instructions. The service team confirms the address and packing before anything moves.
Before you submit.
- Serial number, on the drone/ground-station label and in the handover docs. It tells us the exact hardware revision and history.
- Photos or a short video of the damage or behaviour, speeds up triage and any quote. Attach directly in the form.
- What happened, what you were doing, expected, and saw. A few sentences is enough.

Loading the form … If it does not appear, email service@scoutdi.com with your serial number and a description.
What happens next.
- Right away. A confirmation with the case number.
- Triage. The service team reviews the description and photos and confirms warranty, repair, or a remote fix.
- Shipping instructions. If the unit must come in, you get an RMA number, the right service-centre address and packing instructions. Do not ship before this step.
- Repair and return. Kept updated through the case; the unit returns with documentation of the work performed.
