Autonomos drone surveys: more flexibility, reduced costs and enhanced safety.
The Scout 137 Drone System is a specialized solution for indoor inspections in industrial environments, particularly suited for GPS-denied, hazardous areas with low or no light, where human entry might be unsafe or impossible.
Often flying in GPS-denied environments, the Scout 137 has an onboard 3D LiDAR in stead of a GPS. The LiDAR serves as the perfect data source for the drone’s indoor positioning while also providing a useful visual support to the drone operator.

The Scout Portal
The Scout Portal is a powerful cloud-based tool for the live-streaming, capture, storage and analysis of data for your confined space inspection needs.
The Scout Portal provides full inspection replay and live streaming
The Scout Portal is our cloud-based data management service. It allows storage, analysis, visualization and reporting of all your inspection data in one place. You can even upload visual data from other sensors, for example ROVs or outdoor drones, to the same interface. Brilliant for complex, comprehensive inspections and reporting.
The Ground Station can be connected to an on-site LAN, allowing live inspection streaming to the Scout Portal. If there’s 4G/5G coverage, you can even provide a connection via your phone.
Live inspection streaming is a useful work mode that allows inspection teams on-site to cooperate with off-site stakeholders live during inspection. You can invite certification authorities or asset owners to sit in and observe, without travelling on-site. This allows more effective decision-making and can shave hours and days off the inspection time. You might have an action plan ready before landing, and eliminate the need for re-visits 👍

Visual inspection data, accessible from anywhere
Enhanced Access and Security for your Inspection Data
Hosted on Microsoft Azure, the Scout Portal offers easy access globally, requiring only a browser and internet. It ensures high availability and secure two-factor authentication.
Its substantial online storage eliminates concerns over data safety and backup.
Live-Streamed Inspections
With an internet-connected Scout 137 Drone System, inspections can be streamed live on the Scout Portal. This enables remote stakeholders and team members to participate, providing advice and collaboration.
The live-streamed data from Scout137, including location tags, offers remote participants the same LiDAR-enhanced awareness as on-site crews. The Portal’s session allows 3D point cloud rendering with options to zoom, pan, and rotate views.

Cross-functional team collaboration
Live streaming opens up a whole new dimension of cross-functional, distributed team collaboration and more efficient, data-based decision making. In many cases it will be crucial to ensure full data coverage, reduce time on-site, and avoid re-visits. Need a corrosion expert to sit in during the inspection? Yes, you can.
All your inspection data in one place
Live-streamed inspection data is automatically stored in the Scout Portal and it’s easy to upload full-res data after the inspection. You can also upload data from other sources such as digital cameras, mobile phones, ROVs and other drone systems.
This is a very handy option for acquiring secondary footage from the inspection target, handheld from the on-site crew, additional outdoor footage and even underwater footage.
You can have everything related to the same inspection job organized side-by-side.
Data evaluation, annotation and reporting
All inspection data can make use of the tools available in the Scout Portal, which includes review, annotation and reporting and analysis tools.
You can evaluate data from all sources, add POIs and write annotations to them. The video timeline, point cloud and “edit findings” views allows a flexible workflow where you can access the same events in several ways, whether you choose to work chronologically along the or need to focus on specific locations inside the asset.
The Scout Portal will allow the use of Machine Learning (ML) to detect and classify anomalies, and has an API for data integration to existing data ecosystems like Asset Management Systems, digital twins etc.
The bottom line.
The Scout Portal is your ticket to realizing a new level of efficient, data-driven decision-making for structural integrity management and predictive maintenance
